Surround

Meditation helps with calming your mind and spirit but you also need people around you that help too. Often we have people in our life who are negative or simply make you feel unsafe. As much as possible we should try to avoid those who makes us feel less than ourselves. That can be hard if they are someone you are close to. In those cases you can try to bring them back to the light or sadly you may have to let them go in order to find peace. Exude positive and surround yourself with positive people and the world will feel brighter.
