After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Seven Lovely Logics
All of these are true and should be used to move your life forward. If you are doing all of these more power to you. If not, then use meditation to open your mind to take them to heart.
