After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Kindness
All things done with peace and kindness are useful whether as good for others or mistakes that you learn from. When you calm your mind kindness and positivity are automatically a part of you. Be kind to all and all can be yours.
