After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

12 Steps
Taking care of yourself first is not as easy as it sounds, especially for mothers. But doing so can make you a better parent, spouse, family member and friend. Meditating today on knowing these steps and implementing them.
