After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Restful
Find some restfulness today. I have tons to do today but finding time for meditation is a priority so that doing those things will be easier. Seek serenity so that all things are restful.
