After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Serenity
Today I need a feeling of restfulness. Just feel so very tired in body and mind today. I hope that you are finding rest and peace. Meditating today on calmness and serenity.
