Control

I think we were born with the need to control things. And on some level we can. However, most of life will travel on with or without our help. When you begin feeling anxiety, step back and see if it is really a control issue. If it is then meditation can help you clear the anxiety and accept that the control is not yours. Be a child sometimes and allow the control to belong to the universe.
