Giving

Giving is the best way of stepping away from yourself and the stresses that come with you. Giving the intangible gifts is much more important than material things. But you know all of that. So why don't we give of ourselves more? We are rushing and pushing toward things too much to stop and take the time. Meditation asks you to stop, rest and open up which allows you to slow down. Be restful and giving!
