After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Smile
Thought we would have a laugh today. You can smile with no teeth too and it would make people laugh. Overall enjoy yourself. Life is gone so fast why waste it in sadness and negative thoughts. Shoe your teeth today!
