After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Be The Best You
Be the best you that you can be. You are a miracle. We are all miracles. Because of that simply being you is something beyond cost. So focus on what makes you the best and fly with it. Let comparisons with others go. Keep being a miracle!
