Sometimes you do not have a choice on who you are with during the day. However, when you can, choose people who will lift you up not tear you down. It is not their job to improve you that is only for you to do. Take advice but consider the source before implementing it. People who love you will know the best way to share their opinions with you and it will not be from a negative place. Meditating today on seeing greatness in all of you.
