After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Happiness Day 2
Planning for the future is necessary but living in the future only leads to frustration. Take time to notice what is happening each moment and you will find that happiness finds you. Meditating today on be found by happiness.
