After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Joyous
Make service a part of your day and joy will abound with you. The more you do for others and the less for self, the greater the joy. Meditating today on being joyous and bringing it to others.
