After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Persistence Day 3
Are you like the stream? Are you flowing and ever changing? Or are you the rock that never wishes change and thinks the stream will not harm it? Choose the stream. Persistence will pay off.
