Thoughtful Meditation

After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Persistence Day 5

The right track is a good place to start but you have to keep moving while you are there. Keep trying, keep looking ahead. Persist when others tell you that you can't.
