After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Anger
Needed this today because I feel like I am holding some anger from yesterday. I need to show more patience. It only hurts the one carrying the anger. Meditating today on letting go.
