After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Seeking Happiness
None of us can be happy all the time but when we bring a good attitude to life we seek happiness. Meditating today on bringing the best attitude I can.
