After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Peaceful Sleep
Tonight I need meditation to help take me out of my body which is not feeling so well. Mind over matter can be attained with meditation. I wish you all a restful night's sleep.
