I'm scared of heights but the few times I have overcome that fear have felt great. Overcoming fear can give you a sense of accomplishment. Happiness comes from inside and growing through adversity can bring some of the greatest happiness.

Some days this is a difficult one for me. Dealing with chronic pain often makes you want to stop. However, I learned quickly that if I do stop that I might never move again. Even if I am slow at least I am moving and trying. Meditating today on never stopping.

Sometimes you do not have a choice on who you are with during the day. However, when you can, choose people who will lift you up not tear you down. It is not their job to improve you that is only for you to do. Take advice but consider the source before implementing it. Remember that to find peace you must seek for it within yourself first. I find this to be one of the most difficult things within meditation. My hope is that I present a peaceful image to those around me but I know that often I must seem all over the place. Meditation has provided me with a method of reigning the randomness in and find an inner peace. One day maybe I will look and feel peaceful to not only to you but also to myself.
