Thoughtful Meditation

After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Have you figured out that you only have today to really enjoy your life? Making the choice to live each moment with all you have is the best choice. Meditating today on new beginnings.
