After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Make Things Work Out
Every day this week will be difficult in some way. But once things are decided it is important that we make the best of them and keep moving forward. Meditating today on making the best of whatever happens.
