After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Determination
We all have dreams but are we working towards them? They don't happen just by thinking about them. What are you doing today to move your dream closer to reality? Meditating today on taking one step closer.
