Overcoming Anger - Day 1

Last week brought challenges for me and with it some anger that I wish to remove. So this week we will focus everyday on conquering anger and turning it into a positive. It is hard to show love and compassion in the face of a feeling of injustice. However, anger only causes pain within the person who has it. Meditating today on releasing anger so healthier emotions may come in.
