After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Don't Stop Laughing
Do you feel old? Laugh a little! Get a joke a sent to you. Be open to finding laughter in strange places. Laughter heals many ills. Meditating today on laughing more.
