After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Resting too
Pets can seem the most comfortable and relaxed of animals. Maybe it is the safety and love that they feel. Create an environment where you can feel safe. Relax and allow love to clear your mind and heart.
