After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Choose Joy
Some days it is very hard to choose joy. You feel beaten and like everything is going wrong. Those are the days when choosing joy is the most important. Meditating today on finding joy in everything especially in breathing and having life.
