After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Resting
Resting is very important. Sometimes it can be difficult to relax your body and mind. However, rest is needed in order to be open and peaceful. Find time for yourself daily.
