After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Overcoming Anger - Day 5
Each moment is important. The emotion you choose to use in that moment can affect your life for a long time. Anger only builds negativity. It is not a creator of balance. Meditating today on filling each moment with positivity.
