Break The Habit

We are always "fine." But then we talk about this problem and that problem. Maybe it should go more like this. "How are you doing today?" "I'm good, my left knee doesn't hurt today." Or "Great, I just had a wonderful breakfast.  How about you?"  Wouldn't that surprise people and make them think before just answering "fine" back at you? We should do all we can to remember what is great about our lives and share that with the world. Positive always beats negative when it comes to bringing out your joy.
