After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Benefits
The benefits of meditation are great. Choosing just one and focusing on improving it can be your meditation for the day. Take 10 minutes in a quiet, relaxed place and only focus on that benefit. Breathe deeply and wash away the negative.
