Managing Stress Day 5

Today we will review some things to reduce stress. All of us live in a world of constant movement where taking time for yourself can be seen as frivolous. But as parents, spouses and friends it is important to have some alone time. Just take one or two of the above and try to add them to your life. Stress will be less.
