After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Happiness Day 5
Even hard times can eventually lead to happiness. Always leave your options open as you never know what could come back around to you advantage. Meditating today on leaving the doors and windows open.
