After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Happiness Day 7
We end our week of happiness with a focus on health. Health so often comes from attitude. Finding your happiness will improve your health. Meditation allows you the place to discover what makes you happy and to ease health issues.
