Begin Again


I hope that you enjoyed the 22 days of meditation from Deepak Chopra. He provides mantras during meditation that can be helpful so definitely check out his information online. 

We will now go back to using the Calm app for a bit. If you have suggestions on topics you would like me to talk about let me know. I really appreciate all of you who read these. My only hope is that they also help you through your day. 

Focus today on peace in your soul. Breathe deeply as often as you can and find gratitude in life.
