After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Worries
Do you waste the present with worries about tomorrow? Tomorrow is not guaranteed to you so worrying about it is a waste of time in the present. Trust in yourself and that you can handle what comes your way.
