After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Help
Today is a good day to help someone else. Everyday is a good day for that matter. It can as simple as opening a door for someone or allowing someone ahead of you in line. Considering others opens your heart.
