Awareness

Again be in the moment and aware of the joy in just that moment. Leave your past and any anger behind. Allow the future to come with anticipation not fear. Look for the positive and you will find it. Awareness helps you to be more healthy and to have an open heart to others. Meditating today on seeing, listening, and sensing all that is around me.
