After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Tranquility
Find peace within yourself. It will then appear in things around you. Seeking it in things only brings temporary peace. Search for harmony within yourself and allow it to spring from you.
