After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Lost
A
Being lost is a scary thing. Whether you are lost from love or mentally lost from life. Finding hope is the thing that keeps us moving and seeing the path again. Love, hope and peace always find their way back.
