What if we all wished for joy and happiness every time we saw someone? What an amazing world we would live in. Too often we are seeing people and finding the first negative thing we can with our minds. What if we turned that around and looked for the most positive thing? If we wished for happiness for others would it possibly return to us? Meditate to encourage yourself to seek happiness for others.
