As I mentioned before, one of the things that began me on my meditation path was a 21-day event through the Chopra Center. They will begin another one in November which has a free registration.

The focus for the 21 days is become what you believe. Deepak Chopra will give you a mantra during these meditations which can also be helpful. I encourage you to try it to see if it helps you.
