After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Patience is a Well
Sometimes it is hard to have patience when dealing with others. Expectations can seem beyond what you can handle. Meditate today on pushing through such difficulties and moving forward.
