After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Grounding
Grounding ourselves and growing flowers of positivity will improve our lives. Sharing joy instead of complaints makes for a beautiful garden. Meditate today on growing a garden of peace and hope.
