Overwhelmed


Yesterday felt overwhelming to me. More pain than usual which slowed me down more than I wanted. Today I remind myself that I must continue to choose to not feel this way. I have to find a way to keep pushing through. So often you feel like you are the only one but everyone is dealing with their own problems. Meditate today on pushing forward by helping others and not focusing so much on yourself.
