Pushing Through Fear

I think I really need to grow. My fear stems from a recurrence of my nerve pain even though I am still taking my medication. Because I don't understand why, it is causing me great fear. However, I must push through it or it will swallow me up. Don't let your fears take over. Meditate today on the action needed to get past the fears.

Blessings


My greatest blessing celebrates her 9th birthday today. My biggest trials involved the 7 years that it took for her to arrive and that she came early in a dangerous situation. I would not ask for more than what I have received. I can deal with whatever else comes my way as long as I have her and her dad.  Doesn't mean that I won't have times where I will complain but that is why we meditate. Today it will be about being thankful all the time.

Yesterday felt overwhelming to me. More pain than usual which slowed me down more than I wanted. Today I remind myself that I must continue to choose to not feel this way. Chronic Pain

Chronic pain is something I deal with almost every second of every day.  It is now my new normal. The surprise is when I do not have pain. I look around to make sure that I am still here. What I have learned from pain is that it can force you to be more open or take you to the dark side. The hardest part is being more open. Walking with Darth Vader will be easy but take you down much more quickly. I meditate today on finding the openness. If you have chronic pain, I support you in staying with the light.  If you do not have this issue, remember that anyone around you can be hiding their pain and meditate to be open and supportive of those who need you.
