The Gift

The present is a gift - that's why it is called the present.  Today and this moment is all you truly know that you have. Be grateful for it and appreciate all that you have.  Meditation is about the gift.  It is about being completely in the one moment that you know you have.  Close your eyes.  Take a deep breath and enjoy the gift.
