Thoughtful Meditation

After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Rest From Labor


Today is a day of rest.  Take it and enjoy.  Breath deeply and focus on relaxation and enjoying your time.
