After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Try
Seek things out of your comfort zone. Try instead of just saying that it will not work out. It may be that you have just the touch to make it happen. Meditating today on finding new zones.
