After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Inner Peace
I think we all struggle with just letting things go. We give up our peace to prove to others that we are strong. Embrace peace within and the heart will follow. Meditating on keeping my inner peace.
