Day 10 - Learn to “Be Here Now”

Feeling stuck is often a product of the limits we put on ourselves through fear and doubt we have accumulated from the past. Instead of opening up to the possibilities available in the present moment, we shrink and contract. Today we learn that the expansion of awareness that is cultivated in meditation overcomes these limitations and opens us up to the creative possibilities in the present without fear or doubt.
